SRAM's entry into the world of 11-speed groups.
In contrast to the high-end cartridges, SRAM uses a steel construction. The body consists of 11 individually punched pinions, which are held together by means of FULL PIN technology (123 pins of stainless steel) and the open construction ensures optimum self-cleaning and long life. The only downside is the slightly higher weight of the cassettes.
The black coating (JET) is not only optically chic in the overall picture of the GX group, it also improves the switching performance and increases the corrosion resistance of the steel construction.
