CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT THAT IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE ON YOUR SHOP

If you are interested in a product of our partner brands that is currently shown as out of stock or it is not shown in our shop, you can contact us at info@awol.com.cy or by using the contact form found here.

If the product is available to order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date and you will be able to place a pre-order.

WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

1. For all orders (except bulky/heavy items):
You can receive the items from Akis Express pick up points (Estimated delivery: within 1-2 bussiness days): FREE
Delivery to your address (Estimated delivery: within 1-3 bussiness days): 5 €

2. Bulky goods deliveries, such as bicycles or bike racks:
You can receive items from Travel Express pick up points (Estimated delivery: within 1-2 bussiness days) : 10€

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard.

ApplePay: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@awol.com.cy. If your return is accepted you are responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
